He obtained his Masters degree in Counselling Psychology from Cornerstone University and his Doctorate in Pastoral Counselling from the Evangelical Theological Seminary, USA.

Ray and Cath are credentialed pastors, having been in the ministry for over 30 years

Ray travels extensively teaching, training, conducting conferences and seminars, using the messagae and material of Abiding Life, which takes him into many parts of Asia, Europe, the United Kingdom, the former Soviet Union, as well as New Zealand and the Pacific Region.

Ray is a great communicator. He is a widely accepted speaker at business and professional conferences.
